1. Email us the item(s) you want at littleredhands@gmail.com using the following format.

e. Payment method: I-banking orATM/DBS transfer

2. We will reply on the availability of the item(s) within 48hours unless otherwise stated on littleredhands.blogspot.com. If the item is available, we will send you a confirmation email together with bank account details.

3. Please make full payment via POSB/DBS Account Funds Transfer/Deposit within 2 days of confirmation.
* Send an email with the transfer transaction number and payment method (I-banking/ ATM Transfer) to us when payment is done.
* Kindly retain the receipt if you use ATM transfer.

4. Once payment is received, item will be processed and sent out within two (2) working days through local standard mail.

5. Registered mail is chargeable at $2.24 upon request.

6. Please allowat least seven (7) working days for your order to arrive after payment.
